COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flow Research 300201 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Force-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fujikin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flowline product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Force-Control such as the 0159RS06R3SN00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FUB716352 manufactured by Fujikin and we are pleased to be able to service most Fujikin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LD31S111 by Manufacturer Flowline as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fortuna-tango Brand FM4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Frog-Navigation such as 907005A equipment made by Frog-Navigation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Frog-Navigation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Frog-Navigation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FA10005 made by Fuji as well as the popular 15RDB401SD1E0D original spares produced by Flow-Serve Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 19280R by Foxboro and 907005A spares by Frog-Navigation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FRN45P11S4CX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
